New Beginnings

Watching a seed

being planted,

the love and nourishment given,

little drops of water,

encouragement,

breaking through the ground

into the light,

growing little by little,

action taken,

bits of hope,

thriving,

growing,

standing tall,

surviving from

the initial surrender.
